Soil Disinfection Film
Soil Disinfection Film is a co-extruded polyethylene film, designed and formulated to fit all fumigation applications, such as solarisation, chemicals, gase, steam.
Also known as fumigation covers, fumigation film, fumigation plastic, fumigation sheets, and plastic fumigation covers, these films possess high mechanical properties to provide puncture resistance.
In most of the cases, the film is UV-stabilized for a duration of 3 months.
Regular standard disinfection film is used to limit the gaze and/or chemical dissipation through the film, leading to suffocate the existent soil pathogens, such as pests, diseases, harmful viruses, and bacteria.
Film can be used also for solarization under hot climate conditions.
Benefits
Applications
Recommended and used in open field application and protected cultivation.
Properties
Thermal EVA disinfection film is developed for solarization application under all climate conditions, considered as an alternative solution to Methyl Bromide or other chemicals.
It maximizes sun ray penetration through the film and retains highest temperature within 35cm underneath soil.
Benefits
Option available with anti-fog additive to limit the water drops formation on the inside layer, to optimize heat transmission to the soil.
Applications
Recommended and used in open field application and protected cultivation, especially in cold regions.
Properties
Solar Green Film
Thermal solar green formulation is specially designed and recommended for usage under high-temperature geographic regions.
It combines both thermic and herbistatic effect features and is considered a lower-cost solution compared to thermal film used in hot regions.
Benefits
Applications
Recommended for application under hot climate conditions.
